Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were clean and felt comfortable, which I appreciated after a long day of exploring. However, I did encounter some noise issues that made it less ideal for a restful night. The location is a definite plus, being close to the Awana Skyway Cable Car and various dining options just a short drive away. On the downside, the dining experience was quite chaotic during breakfast, which wasn’t the best way to start the day.
My stay at the hotel had a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were quite plain but did the job for a short visit. There were some issues with the dining experience, particularly with the quality of food and wait times. However, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility to nearby attractions and the attention from the staff during my complaints. Overall, it felt like I got what I paid for, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
I had a decent stay, and I really appreciated the early check-in and the helpful front office staff. The room was cozy but not perfectly clean, and while the location was strategic for going out, the uphill walk to grab food wasn't great. The breakfast was complimentary but quite basic, so I would consider eating out next time. Overall, there were some hiccups, but it wasn’t a total miss.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms weren't ready when I arrived, which was disappointing, and I found them a bit dusty. However, the service was smooth, and the staff were quite charming, especially considering they were just reopening. The location has its pros and cons—it's nice for a staycation, but I had to walk quite a distance for food and groceries, which wasn't ideal.
I had a pleasant stay overall, but there were a few hiccups. While the rooms are fantastic — spacious, clean, and well-designed — the service left a lot to be desired, especially when we experienced some lack of communication. The location is pretty good too, being not too far from various attractions. However, the dining options were a real letdown, especially for the price we paid. It feels like there’s a bit of room for improvement in a few areas.
